* I was going to take this game down because ppl are having issues getting it to work, but I have had one person who has been able to get it to work so, hoping at least someone can play it. I'm going to try to learn to use another engine and maybe I can remake all my games at some point, so they are more easily accessible to everyone.

"I Wish I Were A Fish" was a Game created for "Fishfest" 2024
It is an "Incredible Mr. Limpet fan game." Mr. Limpet was a movie Created by Warner Bros. back in 1964 starring "Don Knotts."
This Game is loosely based on the movie so if you are a Mr. Limpet Mega fan and are a stickler for details (yes George Stickle was Omitted from my Game) You are going to hate this game with a passion. But if you're cool you might like it.
You Play Henry Limpet who escapes his reality via his fascination for fish and the sea. He stops at a new pet shop in town and finds a fascinating room within the pet shop that contains the most beautiful display of fish tanks he has ever laid his eyes on... when daydreaming of being a fish He makes a wish that he may or may not regret later!
There are 3 endings
Please let me know if you have any issues downloading the game... especially if you are familiar with the process
Remember this is a Game jam game... there are probably many errors so please be kind!

I've never seen the movie this was loosely based on, so I say how well it lines up; but I found the game to be entertaining. Henry's casual acceptance of being eaten by Scott is possibly my favourite moment in the game.
Great job on the FishFest game!
Luckily you don't need to see the movie to play the game they are quite different. I just loved the movie when I was a kid and Fish Fest was an excuse to make a fan game. LOL I do need to address certain issues with the story amongst other issues, but I was just trying to get this out in time. Don't ever put up with relationship abuse no matter if you are a male or female lol (unless you're into that sort of thing?). also thanks for the Snake idea.
